Where is Mary's Cakes and Cookies located?
We are located at 623 West Texas Avenue, Baytown, Texas 77521 We are next to the Lee College Nursing School at the corner of Felton and Texas Avenue (close to Decker Drive). We are soon to relocate just a few minutes from our current location on Sept. 14th, 2014! Our new address will be 2711 N. Main, Baytown TX 77523. That's near 146 and N Main, right across from the DQ and next to the Storage facility. 
 

Do you decorate with fondant?
Absolutely. Keep in mind that the pricing for fondant decorating is slightly more than what we charge for our buttercream or whipped icing.
 

Can you decorate cakes with Disney characters or other themed cakes.
We can certainly prepare a cake with a kit that we purchase from our supplier. We are no longer able to draw the figures on the cakes or use edible images with copyrighted characters because of copyright laws. 
 

Can you draw artwork on cakes that is not copyrighted?
Yes. However, we do charge a fee for artwork depending on the detail of the artwork and the size of the cake. Artwork usually ranges in the area of $12 to $30+ for buttercream artwork. Fees on fondant artwork depend on the complexity as it is time consuming.
 

How do I order my cake?
We take orders over the phone (281-422-9771) or you can place them in person at the bakery. We do NOT accept orders via e-mail. 
 

Do I have to put down a deposit? 
Orders of $40.00 or less must be paid in full upon ordering. All other orders require a deposit of half upon booking. Said deposit is NON-refundable if the order should be canceled 3 days or fewer prior to your event. This is policy. Otherwise the deposit is fully refundable.
